PaperArt, new works 2025

These mostly repetitive works are created from old books and magazines.
The paper is cut, bent, folded then formed to patterns.
The bigger the works are, the more the repetition reaches us.
So even if gallerys tell me that people tend to buy smaller works, because of missing wall space, the really big ones impress us much more.
I hope for a chance to make one several meters wide.

Even paper cut from books can create fascinating landscapes and topological scenery.

After the ceramic wall pieces and the gingko-installation I wanted to make more 2-dimensional art.
Of course these don´t have 2-dimensions but are rather minimally 3 cm thick, with a shadow gap frame.
